At WoodArc, we take pride in the quality of our furniture. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.

1. Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If the furniture is damaged during transit or is the wrong item, please report it immediately upon delivery.
  • Share photos/videos of the damage via WhatsApp (0315-9840515).
  • We will replace the item or fix the damage within 7-10 working days at no extra cost.

2. Change of Mind

  • Since furniture is bulky and made-to-order, we do not accept returns for “Change of Mind” once the order is dispatched.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are only issued if we are unable to replace a defective item.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your bank account/JazzCash within 5-7 working days.

By using the WoodArc website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Representation

  • All WoodArc furniture is crafted from Premium Solid Wood/Materials. Minor variations in wood grain and polish shades are natural and a sign of authentic craftsmanship.

2. Order Confirmation

  • For orders above Rs. 10,000, a 20% advance payment is required via Bank Transfer or JazzCash to confirm the order.

3. Warranty

  • We offer a 1-Year Structure & Termite (Deemak) Warranty on all our solid wood products. This does not cover physical damage caused by the user or natural wear and tear of fabric/foam.
