2. Order Confirmation
For high-value orders, a 20% advance payment via Bank Transfer or JazzCash is required to initiate the manufacturing/dispatch process.
3. Online-Only Operations
WoodArc operates as a digital-first boutique. We do not maintain a physical showroom to ensure we provide the best prices directly to our customers.
4. Warranty
We provide a 1-Year Structure & Termite (Deemak) Warranty on our solid wood collection. This does not cover damage due to misuse or natural wear and tear.
